Item Minimums

For most fabrics and trims, the minimum order is one meter. The drop down menus start at the minimum number of meters for each item.

Product Colour Disclaimer

Colours shown for all products are an approximation, and may vary between screens and dye lots.

Returns & Exchanges

If there is a mistake in your order, or if a product is defective, we will correct the problem at our expense.

If for some reason, you are not satisfied with any part of your purchase, you may return it (except for special orders, fabric or measured goods, sale items, and products that state no returns in their description for hygienic reasons) for an exchange or refund.
     
     There are no returns on fabric samples.
     Cut or measured products, such as fabric, laces, elastics, etc, may only be returned if defective.
     Shipping charges are not refunded and the customer is responsible for return shipping.

     Order number or Invoice Date
     Customer name and address
     Reason for returning product
     Item Number (SKU where applicable)
     Quantity to be returned
     New item for exchange (if applicable)
Your returned merchandise must be received within 3 weeks of the date of your Return Authorization email.

An exchange or refund will be given for returned merchandise that is in its original saleable condition. Charge card refunds can take up to two weeks to process depending on your credit card bank.

Returned merchandise that is not in its original saleable condition or returns without Return Authorization will NOT be accepted. The merchandise will be returned at customer expense or discarded.

Do you provide International delivery?

We ship Internationally through Canada Post.

 

How do I return an item?

When do you get new products?

New products will be arriving on a regular basis.

Are your products re-orderable?

Most notions and fabrics are re-orderable, with exception to clearance items.

 

How do I track my order?

Tracking is only available on parcel shipments such as Priority, Xpresspost and Flat Rate Boxes. Tracking numbers will be provided with the Shipment Confirmation email.

 

How can I contact your couriers?

What are your delivery options?

Canada Post's options may include Standard Size Mail (up to 30 grams), Oversize Mail (up to 500 grams), Priority, Xpresspost, Flat Rate Box and Regular Parcel.

 

I never received my order, what do I do?

Lost or stolen shipments may be subject to replacement,

refund or exchange if they have not been received within

8 weeks of their shipping date. We can be contacted regarding lost or stolen parcels through the chat option or by email. Message must include your name, invoice number and tracking number (where applicable).

How are your products stored?

Products are stored in plastic bags where possible or in tote bins to avoid dust, pet hair and pests before shipping. Products are checked further before being packed for shipping.

When buying an item, you agree that: (i) you are responsible for reading the full item listing before making a commitment to buy it: (ii) you enter into a legally binding contract to purchase an item when you commit to buy an item and you complete the check-out payment process.

The prices we charge for using our services / for our products are listed on the website. We reserve the right to change our prices for products displayed at any time, and to correct pricing errors that may inadvertently occur.
